Comprehensive fitness coaching for active longevity.

 

Every plan is customized, but typically we'll start with alleviating pain and creating better stability, mobility and balance. Often we will spend time improving breathing mechanics and sleep.

 

Once the "base layers" of the pyramid are in place we can move into more aggressive strength and cardiovascular training, supported by good nutrition.

Our underlying goal is to thrive in the activities you love, with the people you love for years to come.

  2. We try to ‘bullet proof’ and heal ourselves but understand when to seek medical professionals 

  3. Fitness happens anywhere, anytime

  4. Sometimes fitness makes us sore or tired, typically it energizes us 

  5. Our fitness has a higher purpose

 

Fitness enables active longevity

You can expect to ...

  • Overcome chronic pain (achilles, foot, knee, hip, back, shoulder, neck)

  • Be rigorously active, without injury for many years to come

  • Compete/Play your favorite sport 10-20 years below your calendar age 

  • Increase strength and cardiovascular health, specific to activities you love

  • Learn to prevent injury and/or the return of pain

  • Increase energy and reduce anxiety with better breathing

How it works

We'll use a combination of the following 

  • Live sessions via Zoom which can be recorded

  • Video tutorials (to learn new techniques or reenforce what we learned together)

  • Reviews of your form using Zoom, videos and screenshots

  • Periodic check-ins via phone, WhatsApp or email

  • Q&A via WhatsApp or email between sessions

  • Video analysis (you record yourself and send it to me for feedback)

How much we use each of the above depends on

  • The time you have available

  • Your learning preferences

  • Your budget

​

Plans starting as low as $120 per month

In-person sessions and coaching are available

but travel time costs and scheduling restrictions apply
